Cancellation/Refund/On Time Policy

If the customer(s) are 20 minutes or more late, the picnic will be automatically cancelled with NO REFUND. If the picnic takes place, no refund willl be give after the fact.  The customer(s) must cancel 72 hours in advance of the scheduled picnic date in order to receive a refund of their deposit.

Responsibility

HPP is not responsible for Acts Of God, Natural Disasters, an Act Of Government such as A Declaration of National or Local Emergency, or Other Incidents Not within the control of HPP, i.e. accident, death in the family, illness, pregnancy, or sudden tragic circumstance. In such a situation, HPP will obtain, upon agreement with the customer, a second available date that the picnic can be held on at no additional charge to the client.
